| Tropper
Technologies is a privately held, engineering design and
consulting company established in 1995. We provide software-based test and measurement solutions to some of
the largest companies in the engineering industry. To drive our software tools to their
fullest potential, we also offer our consulting expertise and have successfully helped
several large Cellular and PCS customers both domestically and internationally to deploy
and optimize their wireless networks. More particularly, our software licensees and consulting clients include such industry leaders as US West/QWEST, Motorola, Qualcomm, Denso Wireless, Time Domain Corporation, and others. |

While we have reached the point where our
core technologies in the form of deployed and validated software tools and components are
now in place, we recognize that we now have a number of choices going forward. On the one
hand, we can continue on our very conservative route of financing our marketing and
commercialization efforts by using only the revenues generated from software sales and
consulting fees. In fact, this business model has enabled us to slowly but surely reach
this point while remaining entirely debt-free. |
